Privacy Policy
This page explains what information racosdev collects, why, and how it is handled.
Last updated: August 4, 2026
Introduction
This policy applies to the racosdev website and describes the personal information we collect from visitors and clients, and how we use, store, and protect it.
Information We Collect
Contact form submissions: name, company, email address, budget range, and project details you choose to share.
Account information, if you sign in with Google: your name, email address, and profile picture, as provided by Google.
Preferences: your selected language and display theme, stored so the site remembers your choice on return visits.
How We Use Information
We use contact form submissions to respond to project inquiries and prepare quotes.
We use account information to authenticate you and maintain your session on pages that require sign-in.
We use stored preferences to render the site in your chosen language and theme.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Cookies & Local Storage
We use a cookie to remember your language preference and browser local storage to remember your theme preference. Neither is used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Third-Party Services
Sign-in is handled by Google OAuth. When you sign in with Google, Google processes your credentials under its own privacy policy; we only receive the profile fields listed above.
The site is hosted on infrastructure operated by our hosting provider, which processes standard server logs (IP address, request timestamps) needed to operate and secure the service.
Google User Data
When you sign in with Google, racosdev requests only the openid, email and profile scopes. From them we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile picture.
That information is used solely to identify you, create your racosdev account, and keep your session on pages that require sign-in. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.
racosdev does not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service, and requests no other Google API.
racosdev's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell or transfer Google user data to third parties, and we do not use it to serve advertisements.
You can revoke racosdev's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page, and you can request deletion of the data we hold by writing to [email protected].
Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our own records of past correspondence.
Account data is retained for as long as your account exists and is removed on request or account deletion.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us using the details below.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the site or our data practices change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
